This can be cause by a couple things, either the resistor is not compatible with your system and new ones can be acquired by contacting Anzo, the resisters were removed and not put back on, there are LEDs on the front of the vehicle turn signals that do not have the proper resistor, or there is a bulb out on the front of the vehicle which is throwing the resistance off.
In some case resetting the ECU by disconnecting the battery momentary will allow the computer to recalibrate and fixed the issue.
